Mindful movement 
suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. We focus on moving with awareness at a pace we can tune in feel and respond to the boys natural intelligence.

Yoga challenge
A faster paced class suitable for experienced practitioners and those wishing to work a little harder, sweat a little more. All classes will still include breath work relaxation and meditation components.

Gentle Goddess
A slower paced class for women. Suitable for a prenatal practise, recovering from injury, anyone looking for a female only class and all women looking to slow down and work on the more subtle aspects of the practise.

Yoga Open 
General class will run according to interest, capacity and energy levels of whoever shows up on the day. Anything can happen and probably will.

Yoga in the Gardens, Starting March at the Mount Annan botanic Garden.
Thursdays 7-8am  basic 1 hour class, connecting with nature, ideal as a supplement to your weekly class or for those struggling to find the time for a full 90 min class. $15-
Not booking required.

Gentle Soul  Thursdays 7-8.30pm
A slower paced class Suitable students with limited mobility from age, illness, pregnancy or injury or those looking to slow down and work on the more subtle aspects of the practise. Includes a full 40 minute yoga nidra.
